LRI is a professional consulting firm dedicated to meeting the specific needs of our public and private clients by providing prompt, responsive service. LRI provides geotechnical services for residential and light commercial projects throughout the Richmond and Hampton Roads area. Field testing is performed under direct supervision of licensed professional engineers. Geotechnical reports are prepared to include soil classification, shrink swell results and foundation design recommendations.

LRI is a Civil Engineering and Land Surveying firm based in Williamsburg, VA. Founded in 1998 by Matt Connolly. LRI has grown to become a successful multidisciplinary firm employing licensed professionals with decades of experience in their field.
